A look back at: Global Industrie

Vendredi, 13 Avril, 2018

The First edition of Global Industrie took place in Paris, France from the 27th to 30th of March. Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes, the first industrial region of France, had a pavilion on which the Region welcomed its Regional Agency, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises, and 13 regional companies offering innovative solutions in the Industry of The Future field.

An agency dedicated to businesses

Dedicated to support businesses in their projects of development on the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes territory, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Entreprises was present during the 4 days of the exhibition to meet and advise the Global Industrie visitors on their Industry of the Future projects. Its project managers answered various questions going from a search for technological partners and funding opportunities to inward investment or internationalization projects. The Agency met with more than 50 enterprises and partners.

Hub Recherche: the link between companies and research centers

The Agency also seized the opportunity to introduce, on a touch screen at the visitors’ disposal, HUB Recherche: the web-platform that connects together businesses and researchers. Launched at the beginning of the year, Hub Recherche offers qualified information on more than 500 Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes research centers (laboratories, technological platforms, industrial technical centers). It enables businesses who are registered on the platform to easily find the right competencies and offers collaborative tools to help them accelerate their innovation projects.

13 regional companies to discover

Virtual Reality, Industrial IoT, additive manufacturing, predictive maintenance, robotics, digitalization … Global Industrie was also the opportunity for the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Region to highlight its territory strengths on the topic of Industry of The Future.
